Feeling a little trapped

I called my grandparents last night to wish them a Happy Easter (I still can't believe I have not had a single peep) and my grandmother told me Poppy wasn't doing so well. They are switching him to yet another alternative chemotherapy treatment. I am planning on coming home in July for a visit, but that just seems so far away right now.
